Your journey, day by day

1. 1

   Day 1 — Arrival in Cuiabá

   Upon arrival at Cuiabá Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel, Deville Cuiabá. Check into your luxurious room and enjoy some time to relax and refresh after your journey. The afternoon is free to explore the city or simply unwind. Overnight at the hotel with breakfast included.

   Day 2 — Cuiabá to Porto Jofre: Entering the Pantanal

   After breakfast, depart early from Cuiabá for Porto Jofre, the gateway to the Northern Pantanal. The drive offers a scenic introduction to Brazil’s diverse landscapes, transitioning from savanna to wetlands. In the afternoon, enjoy your first boat safari from the lodge. Glide along the rivers, spotting herons, caimans, and a wild variety of birdlife. This is the perfect opportunity to capture the stunning scenery and fascinate yourself in the wildlife-rich Pantanal ecosystem. Overnight at Santa Rosa Lodge, including lunch and dinner.

   Day 3 — Porto Jofre: Full-Day Safari Adventure

   Today is dedicated to a full-day safari in the heart of the Pantanal. You will explore vast plains, wetlands, and riverbanks, learning about local flora and fauna. Keep your cameras ready since there are excellent opportunities to spot capybaras, caimans, and perhaps even a jaguar. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

   Day 4 — Porto Jofre to Nobres: River Swimming & Floating

   After breakfast, depart from Porto Jofre and head towards Nobres, passing through stunning landscapes along the way. Upon arrival, enjoy a swim in the river, followed by the Aquário Encantado floating activity, drifting gently along crystal-clear waters surrounded by nature. Later, continue your journey to Chapada dos Guimarães, stopping at a scenic viewpoint to admire a breathtaking sunset over the surrounding cliffs and valleys. Overnight stay in Chapada.

   Day 5 — Chapada dos Guimarães & Return to Cuiabá to Rio de Janeiro

   Start your day with a revitalizing swim at a local waterfall, soaking in the natural beauty of the region. Afterward, transfer back to Cuiabá Airport for your onward flight to Rio de Janeiro, transfer in. Rio de Janeiro is green hills, blue sky, beautiful bays, islands and marvelous beaches. It is the second biggest city in Brazil (after Sao Paulo) and, certainly, one of the most beautiful cities in the world! Beach hotels are situated along the whole perimeter of Guanabara Bay. Blue ocean water will call you to the most popular beaches like Copacabana, Ipanema and Leblon. These are famous for their black and white tiled promenade. From early morning to late in the night you can see people playing soccer and volleyball on the golden sand of the beaches. For those who prefer active holidays, Rio offers opportunities to practice almost any sport: golf, tennis, surfing, rafting, diving, and many others. Numerous open cafeterias on the beach will offer you refreshing coconut water, freshly squeezed juices and other drinks. You can also see presentations of local musicians on the beach playing all kinds of music.

   Day 6 — Rio de Janeiro

   Here we go on a half-day excursion to the Sugarloaf. The first stop is the Urca Mountain, with a wide viewing area that also offers the possibility to have a snack in the restaurant on top of the mountain. On the mountain of Sugar Loaf you will have a beautiful view of Rio, Copacabana beach, the bay, the surrounding mountains, islands in the ocean, bridge Niteroi, and the statue of Christ on Corcovado Mountain. After going down by cable car, the tour continues and we set off on a tour through the city. Arena Leme Copacabana Hotel. Dinner and overnight

   Day 7 — . Rio de Janeiro Corcovado and city Tour

   After breakfast you have the chance to go on a half-day excursion to Corcovado Mountain. Arriving at the station, the train will take you through the jungle to the top of Corcovado. On both sides of the railway you will have spectacular views of Tijuca forest, inhabited by monkeys and other exotic animals and birds. On top of Corcovado, at an altitude of 700 m above sea level, you will stand in front of the symbol of Rio de Janeiro- Statue of Christ the Savior (38m) that was built in 1931. From top of Corcovado, you have a breathtaking view of the city and its surroundings like the Bridge Niteroi, Guanabara Bay, the Botanical Garden, the Maracana stadium and the Sugar Loaf. The afternoon is free to see the Sunset Or take an optional trail and a favela tour to meet the local children

   Day 8 — . Rio de Janeiro

   Transfer to your hotel for your flight
