   Day 1 — . Rio de Janeiro

   Enjoy the breathtaking view as your plane descends over Rio de Janeiro — the “Marvelous City,” where lush green hills, turquoise sea, sandy beaches, and skyscrapers blend together in a unique harmony of life and humanity. You will be met by a driver who will transfer you from the airport to your hotel. Along the way, you’ll see another side of the city as you pass colonial-style buildings and the world-famous beachfront. The natural beauty of Rio is extraordinary — it offers a taste of the Amazon jungle while preserving everything that makes a Latin American city so vibrant and unique. A stroll along the mosaic sidewalks of Copacabana will reveal the daily life of a carioca (a Rio local): a refreshing caipirinha while the waves crash on the shore, a heated football match on the sand, and thousands of people relaxing on the white beaches. You have truly arrived in paradise. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at Marius Degustare, a renowned seafood restaurant designed in the style of a sunken ship.

   Day 2 — . Rio de Janeiro

   After a delicious tropical breakfast at the hotel, you’ll set out on an excursion to see the world-famous Christ the Redeemer statue atop Corcovado Mountain. A specially designed train will take you from the mountain’s base along a winding path through the magical Tijuca Forest, where you might spot some of Rio’s charming tropical inhabitants such as toucans, monkeys, and armadillos. At the summit of Corcovado, 700 meters above sea level, proudly stands the iconic 38-meter-tall statue of Christ the Redeemer — a symbol recognized around the globe. Yet it’s not just the statue that will take your breath away — from this height, you’ll enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the entire city: the vast expanse of Guanabara Bay, the Maracanã Stadium, the Sugarloaf Mountain, Copacabana, Ipanema, and Gávea Mountain — all laid out before you. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Next, you’ll continue to the historic center of the city. Visit the Arches of Lapa, built in 1732 as an aqueduct that once carried water from the Carioca River to the city center, and the famous Selarón Steps, covered in vibrant mosaics collected from all over the world. You’ll see the Municipal Theater, designed by top European artists and inspired by the Paris Opera House, and finally, the unique Rio Cathedral, which can accommodate up to 20,000 people. You will also visit the Samba City, a specially designed complex of warehouses used by Rio’s most famous samba schools for building and storing the elaborate parade floats and costumes. Your guide will reveal secrets usually seen only during Carnival — the process of designing and constructing the floats and costumes. Step into the colorful exhibition hall to learn about the history of samba and Carnival through images and videos. Immerse yourself in the festive spirit by trying on an authentic Carnival costume for photos, learn the basic samba steps with an expert, and finish your tour by tasting the “flavor of samba” — a classic Brazilian caipirinha cocktail.    Day 3 — . Rio de Janeiro

   After breakfast at the hotel, you will head to the legendary Sugarloaf Mountain, which looks like an asteroid that has just fallen from the sky. A magnificent cable car will take you first to Urca Hill, a mid-point between the ground and Sugarloaf. Here, you can enjoy a cocktail or try some of Brazil’s many delicious dishes. Upon reaching the summit of Sugarloaf, you’ll see Rio’s breathtaking beauty from a completely new perspective. To your left stretches Copacabana Beach, extending all the way to the horizon, where the faint outlines of the Two Brothers and Gávea mountains can be seen. Below lies the picturesque and cozy Red Beach (Praia Vermelha), and to your right, you’ll spot Guanabara Bay, the Niterói Bridge, and closer to the center, the Botafogo district and downtown Rio — all crowned by the magnificent silhouette of Christ the Redeemer, watching over the city forever. This trip is essential to truly see Rio from another angle and appreciate its unparalleled beauty. Lunch at a local restaurant. Next, you will visit one of the favelas in the city’s southern zone. Once, soldiers fought the royal troops on a hill where the favela tree grew. After the war, the survivors came to Rio de Janeiro to demand payment and settled on Providência Hill, where they eventually stayed. In memory of their battle, they named it “Favela Hill.” Favelas — or urban slums — are a unique world with their own rules. They have become an integral part of Rio. There are about 700 favelas in the city. Not only thieves or drug dealers live here — you’ll also find technicians, office workers, and families. It’s even possible to rent a room. The narrow streets are full of lively street vendors, and there’s a bustling open market selling food and handmade goods. Life here follows its own internal order. You will walk through the streets, visit local shops and bars, and, of course, hear an honest account of how life really works inside a favela. Dinner at the hotel.

   Day 4 — . Rio de Janeiro

   Early in the morning, we will set off for the Angra dos Reis region, located about 2.5 hours from Rio. Upon arrival, you’ll enjoy a boat trip among tropical islands! You will see stunning landscapes — turquoise ocean waters and countless picturesque islands scattered across the bay. The waters are teeming with colorful fish and other marine life. The Atlantic coastline known as Costa Verde, where Angra dos Reis is located, boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the state of Rio de Janeiro. During the boat trip, we’ll make several stops at beaches for swimming and snorkeling. A light catering service on board is included. Full-day tour (10 hours). Dinner at the hotel.

5. 5

   Day 5 — . Rio de Janeiro

   Free day. In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner at the famous Fogo de Chão churrascaria, offering a stunning view of Sugarloaf Mountain.

   Transfer to the airport with driver only, in time for your departure flight home.
